APPEAL from a judgment of the Court of Appeal for Manitoba[1], dismissing an appeal by the accused from his conviction on a charge of second degree murder. Appeal dismissed. The judgment of the Court was delivered orally by MARTLAND J.—The full and detailed argument submitted to us by Mr. Walsh has failed to persuade us that the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Manitoba should be reversed.
