This is an appeal against the decision of First-tier Tribunal Judge Chamberlain promulgated on 11 December 2014 dismissing the appeal of Mr Bagdadi against a decision of the Secretary of State for the Home Department dated 2 April 2014 to refuse to vary leave to remain and to remove him from the United Kingdom pursuant to Section 47 of the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006.
