Request removal of a case

If you appear in a case record on getcaselaw.com and would like it removed — for example because your conviction was quashed on appeal, you have statutory anonymity as a victim or witness, the conviction is spent under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, or for other privacy reasons — use the form below.

We acknowledge requests within 24 hours and respond substantively within 30 days, as required by Article 12(3) UK GDPR. In practice most requests are actioned within 48 hours.

The reason for the request
Brief supporting evidence (e.g. "the conviction was quashed on appeal — see [2024] EWCA Crim 999"). If you have a court order or solicitor letter, you can email it as a PDF to [email protected] quoting the reference number you receive after submitting this form.
