The appellant is a citizen of Iraq born on 1 st January, 1982. He appealed to the First-tier Tribunal against the decision of the respondent, taken on 6 th January, 2012, to make him the subject of a deportation order.
The appellant arrived in the United Kingdom on 9 th April, 2003 and applied for asylum on arrival. His application was considered and refused on 29 th July, 2004. The appellant did not appeal that decision.
