              This is an appeal by the Secretary of State against a decision of First-tier Tribunal Judge Ford, (the "Judge"), promulgated on 30 March 2022, in which she allowed X's appeal against the Secretary of State's decision to deport her from the United Kingdom. X is a national of Kenya who appealed against the decision on human rights grounds, Articles 3 and 8 ECHR.
              For the purposes of this decision I refer to X as the appellant, and to the Secretary of State as the respondent, reflecting their positions before the First-tier Tribunal.
