             T h is is the appeal of Likezo Sera Lutombi , a citizen of Namibia, born 15 October 1979, against the decision of the First-tier Tribunal of 28 July 2022, itself brought against the Respondent's refusal of her application under Appendix EU as a Zambrano carer made on 1 February 2021.
