She illegally entered the United Kingdom on 2 March 2021 and on 23 January 2022 made an application for asylum, humanitarian protection and human rights. The respondent refused that application on 5 December 2022.
            On 12 December 2022, the appellant gave notice of an appeal on the basis, amongst other things, that the respondent's decision would place the United Kingdom in breach of its obligations under the 1951 United Nations Convention relating to the Status of Refugees and the Protocol to that Convention and would breach her rights under the European Convention on Human Rights.
