      This is the re-making of the decision in the appellant's appeal against the respondent's refusal of his protection and human rights claims. The appellant's appeal had initially been dismissed by the First-tier Tribunal, but this decision was set aside by Upper Tribunal Judge Bruce in an error of law decision promulgated on 12 September 2023. That error of law decision is annexed to this re-making decision and the two should be read together.
