             The appellant appeals against the decision of First-tier Tribunal Judge Farrelly ('the Judge') who dismissed the appeal in a decision dated 30 April 2023.
             The appellant applied for a family permit under the EEA Regulations 2016 as the dependent relative of his UK sponsor, Mr Niaz Ahmed, his uncle.
