She appeals against a decision of Judge of the First‑tier Tribunal Khan sitting at Hatton Cross on 22 nd December 2014 in which he dismissed the Appellant�s appeal against a decision of the Respondent dated 21 st May 2014. (b) She was living in poor conditions with her maternal grandmother who was in old age and ill health.
(c) There was a negative impact on the younger children who had been separated from the Appellant.
