EMPLOYMENT APPEAL TRIBUNAL 58 VICTORIA EMBANKMENT, LONDON EC4Y 0DS At the Tribunal On 29 January 1999 Before
JUDGE H WILSON: These appeals have been preliminary hearings concerning appeals against the substantive decision of the Employment Tribunal which was promulgated on 10 July 1998 and which found that the Respondent to the appeals had been unfairly dismissed. There is a further appeal which has been heard at the same time, against the Remedies Decision promulgated on 19 October 1998 in favour of the Respondent to the appeals.
With regard to both appeals there have been substantial skeleton arguments submitted and we have heard further submissions from Mr Randolph today. Having considered both the arguments and the submissions, we find that they are not well-founded and we dismiss the appeals in both cases.
