      Shall inform the Appellant in writing whether it holds information consisting of details of the Council's publication of its 2024 Leisure Charges before such charges came into effect, including details of when, where and for how long, those charges remained published and open to public scrutiny.
If the Council relies on a claim that any information of the types described at 3. above is exempt information, then within the time for complying with s1 FOIA, the Council shall send a notice to the Appellant which states that fact, specifies the exemption in question, and states why the exemption applies.
