            The appellant is a national of Nepal. Her appeal against the respondent's decision of 7 June 2022 to refuse her application for entry clearance to the UK as the adult dependent child of her mother, who is the widow of a former Gurkha soldier, was dismissed by First-tier Tribunal Judge Wilding ("Judge Wilding") for reasons set out in a decision dated 3 March 2023.
