             The appellant is a citizen of Albania. He entered the UK in January 2019 unlawfully in the back of a lorry. He claimed asylum on 8 July 2020 on the basis of his family being involved in a blood feud. His asylum claim was refused on the basis that there was no active feud and as such no risk on return.
             The appellant appealed. His appeal was heard on 2 June 2023 by the Judge. The Judge dismissed his appeal giving the following reasons:
