R v A

i) The purchase and occupancy of the house, and family expenditure on upgrading it, is wholly inconsistent with a plan for the family to live in England contemplated in October 2009;

iv) I accept that the father was not told of the mother's plan to go to England until shortly before she and the children left on 14 December 2009;
