            The appellant is a national of Pakistan. On 22 April 2021 she made an application for an EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS) Family Permit under Appendix EU (Family Permit) to the Immigration Rules on the basis that she is the family member of a relevant EEA citizen. The appellant claims that she is the wife of Mohammed Saleem, an Italian national who arrived in the UK on 17 November 2020.
            Permission to appeal was granted by Designated Judge Shaerf on 25 May 2022.
