             This is an appeal against the decision of First-tier Tribunal Judge Monson ("the judge"), promulgated on 12 January 2022 following a hearing on 5 January. By that decision, the judge dismissed the appellant's appeal against the respondent's decision, dated 1 December 2020, refusing his human rights claim.
