MINOR.—Act 1672, c. 2.—TUTOR.—PROCESS.—INVENTORY.—A tutor-nominate, with a view to making up an inventory, applied to the Lord Ordinary to appoint some person to concur with him, as the next of kin were out of the country. The Lord Ordinary reported the application to the Court, who advised, that a summons should be first raised before the Judge Ordinary of the bounds, and then, that application should be made to the Court to dispense with the citation of the next of kin.
