                  This judgment concerns a fact finding hearing to determine the age of X. The parents are both Afghan citizens, their English is limited, and they have been assisted through a 5-day fact find by interpreters. For this reason, I will give my conclusion now without the reasons so that the parents can understand the conclusion and then the reasons can be interpreted for them later.
                  My conclusion is that, on the balance on probabilities, I find that X is 10 years old.� Largely but not wholly on the basis of the Father�s immigration history and X�s dental records. I will now move to the full judgment.
