This is an appeal against the decision of First-tier Tribunal Judge Trevaskis promulgated on 19 September 2014, dismissing the Appellant�s appeal against a decision dated 10 February 2014 to refuse to issue her with a Residence Card as confirmation of a derivative right of residence.
