For the Appellant: Ms S Panagiotopoulou, Counsel; instructed by Virgo Solicitors
Pursuant to rule 14 of the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008, [the Appellant] ( and/or any member of his family, expert, witness or other person the Tribunal considers should not be identified ) is granted anonymity.
No-one shall publish or reveal any information, including the name or address of the Appellant, likely to lead members of the public to identify the Appellant ( and/or other person ). Failure to comply with this order could amount to a contempt of court .
On 19 October 2023, I issued a Decision wherein I found that errors of law had been established in the decision of the First-tier Tribunal Judge promulgated on 10 July 2023 , dismissing the Appellant's appeal against the Secretary of State's decision dated 28 June 2022 to refuse his protection and human rights claim made on 10 December 2018.
Accordingly, I set aside the decision and directed that the matter be relisted for re-making before any judge of this Tribunal. The error of law decision is appended hereto for ease of reference . By chance, this matter came before me once more.
