Respondents REASONS FOR ORDER Nadon J.A. [1] As the appellants have not satisfied me of the necessity to abridge the time limits for the appeal proceedings, their motion shall be dismissed. [2] As the respondents indicated in their reply record, the appellants did not file any affidavit in support of their motion, other than the affidavit of Annie Labrecque, one of the appellants' counsel in this case. There is no affidavit to be found from any of appellants' representatives stating the facts in support of the motion, and more particularly paragraphs 17 and 18 of the motion.
