[2] On August 6, 2001, we sent the appellant's counsel, by registered mail, a copy of the bill of costs that was amended by the respondent on July 31 and instructed him to submit his written representations by August 27, 2001. [3] Since we have not received any written representations to this day, we allow the respondent's costs as requested with the exception of item 26. We allow 2 units for this item because the assessment is not contested. [4] The respondent's costs are assessed in the amount of $1,596.14, which represents $1,138.75 for costs ($990.00 + taxes) and $457.39 for disbursements.
