DAVID EMERSON, MR. STEPHAN MCLAUGHLIN/THE CONSUL, THE CONSULATE GENERAL OF CANADA, GUANGZHOU, P.R. CHINA Respondents REASONS FOR ORDER LÉTOURNEAU J.A. [1] In a motion to have the content of the appeal book determined, the appellant who is self-represented seeks a variety of orders from this Court that are not within the purview of the original motion. [2] In addition, the appellant wants to include in the appeal book material that is either not relevant to the appeal or that was not before the court whose decision is being appealed. The grounds for the motion are not easy to follow and the motion itself is wrapped up with dubious allegations of abuses and bad faith on the part of counsel for the respondents. [3] Finally, by his inflexibility and lack of cooperation, the appellant has made this motion inevitable and he is the one wasting this Court’s time, not counsel for the respondents as he alleges. [4] For these reasons, the motion to determine the content of the appeal book will be allowed with costs in the amount of $500.00 payable forthwith and in any event of the cause by the appellant to the respondents. The Order will determine the content of the appeal book. “Gilles Létourneau” J.A. FEDERAL COURT OF APPEAL NAMES OF COUNSEL AND SOLICITORS OF RECORD DOCKET: A-173-09 STYLE OF CAUSE: Mr. Sam Sharp v.
