[1] We have reached the conclusion that no decision has been made by the Canada Employment Insurance Commission (the Commission) with respect to the applicant’s request for a write-off pursuant to paragraph 56(1)(f) of the Employment Insurance Regulations, SOR/96-332 (the Regulations). [2] Because the respondent has confirmed that the Commission remains willing to consider whether a write-off is justified under that provision, the present appeal is premature. We strongly urge the applicant to provide the Commission with the requested information so that a potential end can be brought to his quest for relief.
