At the plaintiff’s request, we issued a schedule for the filing of written submissions. As no response has been received to date, I am prepared to assess the bill of costs as submitted. [2] The fees are set in the amount of $1,575.84 for the following items of Tariff B: 5 (10 units), 6 (2 units x 0.066 hour), 25 (1 unit) and 26 (2 units). I reduced the number of units requested for the assessment of costs to two because it was a simple procedure that was not contested. [3] The disbursements incurred in this matter in the amount of $223.70 are allowed as claimed, as they were established by affidavit. [4] For these reasons, the defendant’s costs are assessed and allowed in the amount of $1,799.54. A certificate is issued for that amount.
