ORDER AND REASONS FOR ORDER [1] The plaintiff did not persuade the Court that he would suffer irreparable harm if his application for a stay was denied. Consequently, the application for a stay of the decision by Correctional Service Canada prohibiting any private family visit or other type of visit between the plaintiff and his spouse Edith Latour is dismissed.
