[1] These consolidated appeals are from orders of Mr. Justice Phelan dated February 8, 2005 (2005 FC 189) and May 9, 2005 (2005 FC 648) in which he dismissed the appellant's application pursuant to s. 44 of the Access to Information Act R.S.C. 1985, c. A-1 (the Act).
[2] We are satisfied that the Federal Court Judge made no error in the formulation of the application of the applicable legal principles and made no palpable or overriding error in reaching his decision.
[3] Accordingly, the consolidated appeals will be dismissed with costs.
