[2] On November 14, 2002, only Mr. Jean-Marie Fontaine, counsel for the Plaintiffs, was present, although the notice of appointment for assessment of costs had been served in the prescribed form. [3] In view of the evidence filed in support of the bill of costs, all fees and disbursements claimed are allowed. Consequently, a certificate in the amount of $7,384.98 is issued.
