As no observations were produced as of that day, the following items in Tariff B are allowed as requested: items 19 (4 units), 22 (2 units x 1 hour), 25 (1 unit) and 26 (2 units). Some disbursements are also allowed in the amount of $129.25. [3] The costs of the respondent are therefore assessed and allowed in the amount of $1,119.25 and a certificate shall issue for that sum.
