[2] The appellant had until August 17, 2001 to file and serve her written observations in opposition to the respondent's bill of costs. As no observations were produced as of that day, the following items in Tariff B are allowed as requested: items 19 (4 units), 22 (2 units x 1 hour), 25 (1 unit) and 26 (2 units). Some disbursements are also allowed in the amount of $129.25. [3] The costs of the respondent are therefore assessed and allowed in the amount of $1,119.25 and a certificate shall issue for that sum.
