The Minister of Manpower and Immigration. The issues which are raised on the appeal are the same as those which were raised in the Prata appeal. For the reasons given in that case, I would dismiss this appeal. Appeal dismissed. Solicitors for the appellant: John Taylor Associates, Vancouver.
