[1] The order granting leave to Université Laval to intervene authorized the appellant to file a supplementary memorandum in reply to the intervener’s memorandum. The appellant has taken the liberty to file a memorandum that, in addition to replying to the intervener’s arguments, attempts to perfect his original memorandum. The memorandum in question must be withdrawn and replaced by a supplementary memorandum that complies with the terms of the order of December 16, 2002, by dealing only with the arguments raised by the intervener in its memorandum. [2] To that end, the schedule set out in paragraphs (c) and (d) of that order is amended as follows: (c) The appellant and the respondent may file a supplementary memorandum in reply; if applicable, the memoranda shall be served and filed on or before February 17, 2003; d) After consulting with the respondent and the intervener, the appellant …
