At the request of the appellant, I sent the parties a schedule requesting that they submit their written submissions against the bill of costs filed for assessment on January 31, 2006. As there was no response, I am prepared to proceed. [2] In light of the proceedings in the record and the criteria listed under subsection 400(3) of the Federal Courts Rules, it is my opinion that these claims are reasonable; the appellant moreover did not duplicate anything in either bill of costs.
