[1] This is an appeal from an order of Justice Gibson dismissing an appeal from an order of a prothonotary. The motion before the prothonotary related to a number of matters, all of which were discretionary. We are not persuaded that Justice Gibson or the prothonotary made any error that warrants the intervention of this Court. The fact that the Tribunal was tardy in providing the certified record does not by itself justify any of the relief the Appellant seeks.
