Whitney Santos, sworn on May 4, 2021; THIS COURT ORDERS that: The Honourable Susan Lang and the Honourable Deborah Gass are appointed as additional Assessors to the settlement, pursuant to Article 6.03 of the Settlement Agreement; The Assessors’ duties and obligations as set out in the Settlement Agreement, including the Supplemental Agreement, and the Settlement Approval Order of this Court dated March 10, 2020, are binding on the Assessor; The Defendant will pay the fees, disbursements and other costs of all Assessors appointed by this Court in accordance with Section 6.06 of the Settlement Agreement and the Supplemental Agreement; and No costs are payable on this motion.
