The examination for discovery of Jacques Tanguay was held on October 15, 2001, that is before the deadline of June 7, 2002, set in the order by McGillis J. for proceeding with the examinations for discovery. As this is a motion regarding objections and undertakings in Mr. Tanguay's examination for discovery, I do not consider that the motion at bar contravenes the order by McGillis J. [2] The Court has taken note of the discontinuance of the application made by the defendants in respect of undertakings Nos. 1 and 5 mentioned in this motion. [3] On the remainder, the motion is allowed in part only. The information contained in the letter of March 28, 2002, sent by counsel for the plaintiffs to counsel for the defendants, regarding the other undertakings Nos. 2, 3, 9 and 10, seems to the Court to be admissible and reasonably sufficient, subject to: A. the plaintiffs' obligation to make the …
