[2] On October 28, 2003, Mr. Peter J. Cullen filed the Sheriff's bill of costs in the amounts of US $61,185.89 plus CDN $86,937.36 together with the consent of all parties. [3] Since all parties have consented to the amounts claimed, the Sheriff's costs are taxed and allowed as requested. DATED AT MONTREAL, THIS 30TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 2003.
