[2] Considering the appellant specified in writing that it did not contest the assessment of the costs as submitted, the fees are set at $1,548 for items 19 (5 units), 22 (2 units x 2.75 hours), 25 (1 unit), and 26 (2 units) of Tariff B. I reduced the number of units requested for the assessment of the costs to 2, considering that it is a simple uncontested matter. [3] All the expenses incurred in this case, which were proven by affidavit, are allowed in the amount of $558.27. [4] Therefore, the respondent’s costs are assessed and allowed in the amount of $2,106.27. A certificate is issued for this amount.
