REASONS FOR ORDER AND ORDER Richard Morneau, Prothonotary: [1] After reviewing this motion by the plaintiff and the objection made by the defendant and the mis-en-cause, I consider that the plaintiff's motion should be allowed in the following manner. [2] Within ten days of the instant order the Bureau of Canadian Citizenship shall send the Registry of this Court under seal an annotated list of the questions used by Judge Springate in his interview with the plaintiff. The Bureau shall inform counsel for the plaintiff when this is filed. [3] Counsel for the parties may consult the content of this sealed envelope in the Registry of this Court. [4] The plaintiff shall serve and file her record within 30 days of the filing mentioned in para. [2]. [5] To protect the confidentiality of the information to be filed under para. [2], the parties' records will be filed under seal. [6] At the hearing on the merits the Court will be able to determine whether any further measure - such as a closed-d…

[1] After reviewing this motion by the plaintiff and the objection made by the defendant and the mis-en-cause, I consider that the plaintiff's motion should be allowed in the following manner.
