F v M (Temporary Leave to Remove: Alleged Risk of Onward Abduction to Non-Hague Country)
MR C. MCKEE ( instructed by Beecham Peacock Solicitors) appeared on behalf of the Mother.
I have heard oral evidence from both the mother and the father. I have considered the statements of the parents and read the other evidence contained in the court bundle. I give this prepared ex tempore judgment having heard oral closing submissions from all advocates.
The father alleges that the mother, in August 2016, told him of her intention to permanently relocate to France but despite this alleged threat the parties were able to agree arrangements for the mother to take a holiday with the children in France, a holiday from which she returned. The parents were able to agree sensible arrangements for the children, the father having them on alternate weekends from Friday evenings through to Sunday evenings.
