             This matter comes before the High Court by way of an appeal from the Circuit Court.� The order under appeal is an order directing the defendant to deliver up possession of a property pursuant to section 62(7) of the Registration of Title Act 1964.� The order of the Circuit Court (Her Honour Judge Linnane) is dated 16 January 2019.�
