After the fact-finding hearing in January, I found that on two separate occasions during the first three months of D�s life, his father had lost control, handled D in a way that was well in excess of what would be considered reasonable, and caused two serious injuries - a rib fracture, and on another occasion, a fracture to D�s collar bone. �
