Generate a structured brief — facts, issues, held, reasoning, and significance — for this case in seconds. Or browse the verbatim judgment via the source links below.
As a result of the written representations made by Dr X it has been necessary to seek the views of the parties and to consider separately
i)                     whether or not I should publish the judgment at all, and
ii)                    if I do whether I should afford Dr X anonymity,
iii)                  how I should deal with publication of my reasons in respect of the first two questions.
It will be immediately apparent from my use of the cipher Dr X in this judgment (and my use of the term they / their) that I have concluded that I should publish the judgment and that Dr X should be afforded anonymity. This judgment explains why I have reached those conclusions. It should be read in conjunction with my substantive judgment.
