The case originated in an application (no. 36417/16 ) against the Kingdom of Sweden lodged with the Court under Article 34 of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (�the Convention�) by a Moroccan national, Mr X (�the applicant�), on 27 June 2016. The Vice-President of the Section decided that the applicant�s name should not be disclosed (Rule 47 � 4 of the Rules of Court).
