      This is a challenge brought by way of judicial review by the Applicant ("X") to a decision made by Coimisi�n na Me�n ("the Commission") to adopt particular provisions of an Online Safety Code ("the Code"). The decision which is sought to be impugned was made on 10 th October 2024 and published on 21 st October 2024.
