1.������ On the 22nd of October, 2018, the appellant came before Cork Circuit Criminal Court and pleaded guilty to one count of assault causing harm contrary to s. 3 of the Non-Fatal Offences Against the Person Act, 1997, and to one count of possession of a knife contrary to s. 9(1) of the Firearms and Offensive Weapons Act, 1990.
