On 20 th August, 2020, we made various orders in this case. We now give the reasons for our decision.
HSBC Trustee (CI) Limited ("the Trustee") is the present Trustee of the Wigwam Trust ("the Trust"). The Trust was established by declaration of trust dated 14 th June, 1995, by its original trustee, Coutts & Co. (Jersey) Limited. The Trustee was appointed in place of Coutts & Co. (Jersey) Limited by deed of retirement and appointment dated 21 st January 2002.
The Trust is part of a wider group of trusts related to the same family, with the same protector for each trust.
