      Since this matter was stayed by the Upper Tribunal, the appellant's partner's claim for asylum has been refused, and her appeal is now outstanding before the First-tier Tribunal.
      Given the circumstances of the appeal as set out in the previous decision and the previous directions, I consider that it is no longer appropriate for the appellant's appeal to be remade in the Upper Tribunal.
