This judgment was delivered in private. 1.������ The court is concerned with three children namely LS, year of birth 2011, BS, year of birth 2012 and ES, year of birth 2016.� It is their welfare that is the court�s paramount consideration and at this stage the court is primarily dealing with a fact-finding hearing regarding the mother�s care of ES and more historically, BS.� The father of all the children is RS and the children all currently live with him.� He is represented in these proceedings by Jonathan Sampson of Counsel.
