             The Appellants have been granted permission to appeal the decision of First-tier Tribunal Judge Davey ("the Judge"), promulgated on 18 October 2022.

             The Appellants are nationals of the People's Republic of China ("China"). The Second and Third Appellants, born on 23 December 2001, are the twin children of the First Appellant. On 7 September 2019, the Appellants applied for leave to remain on the basis of their private lives and their family life with Mr Dajing Lin. Mr Lin is a Chinese national and a British citizen. He is the partner of the First Appellant and father of the Second and Third Appellants.
             On 26 May 2020, their applications were refused on the grounds that they did not meet the requirements of the Immigration Rules and the were no exceptional circumstances warranting a grant of leave to remain outside of the Rules.
